Women in Photography Contest

I entered a contest through the group Women in Photography International recently and made the Honorable Mention list amongst many other photographers.  So that was a cool email to receive. You can see the rest of the contest at this link:  http://www.womeninphotography.org/wipihome.html  Click Juried Competition (my shot’s on page 3). I entered this photo that I shot down the street from my uncle’s house in Wapwallopen, PA.  It was the first time I had been to his home this spring. We were there helping to watch over my grandmother for her last week…. This being in the backyard made the experience all the more surreal.
